I can’t say enough good things about our experience with RHD. We did a gut-remodel of our 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo, and RHD was involved in almost every aspect of the project. It all started with their expert design services provided by Kali Zingg. She listened to our needs, provided multiple design options with cost variables, and delivered creative solutions that exceeded our expectations. Kali also was an excellent communicator and was very responsive with communications throughout the project. Our construction crew, led by Jon Zingg, was equally great to work with. Jon is an expert craftsman, and no job was too big or too small for him. He led the crew of Eric, Evan and Kal, who were fun and pleasant to have in our home each day. They were always focused on doing the highest quality job, no matter what it was or if it was painstakingly difficult or tedious. They stayed on target with our timeline and budget throughout the project, as well. Despite multiple additions to the project, we completed construction within seven months, which was an amazing feat given how much the team accomplished. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. Our condo looks spectacular. We are thrilled with our experience with RHD and would highly recommend them for their design and remodeling services!

It's been a hell of a few weeks. My water heater needed to be replaced and Dillan recommended and installed a tank-less (on demand) replacement.( a tankless job) 🙂 We love it, as it will fill the entire tub. Couple days later, the furnace is making a loud humming noise, Dillan was dispatched and diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. Part arrived the next morning, and Jacob installed a couple hours later. A few days later, the other water heater was leaking. Shawn (sp?) and Billy were dispatched and replaced it in a couple of hours. Some of this with wind chills of 30 Below. Keep calm and plumb on! I recommend RHD to anyone.

Billy just left and I couldn't be happier. A month ago, my property manager sent the handyman for a leak under the kitchen sink. Handyman replaced the faucet. Once he left, I realized the hot and cold were reversed and the water pressue was a third of what it was. Handyman came back and could not fix the pressure. Enter Billy! Within minutes, my water pressure was back to normal and life is grand. Billy was quick and competent and was great with my doggie, had her eating out of his hand 🙂 I am very pleased with RHD Plumbing from the efficiency of scheduling to completion. The lovely woman who called to schedule was also top notch. Thank you!

RHD has always been fast, courteous, responsive and efficient at diagnosing and fixing all of our plumbing issues. Lori is very friendly and ensures prompt call-backs. Most recently, Billy came to figure out why our soaking tub was leaking water. I thought it would be a major repair but he was able to find the issue and fix it quickly and at minimal cost!

RHD Plumbing was the plumbing contractor for our new build home 3 years ago. We recently had a small leak from our drainage plumbing (clean out cap) and RHD promptly repaired the leak at no cost even after their normal 1 year warranty had expired. Excellent service and affordable price! Just needed a kitchen faucet replaced and most vendors wouldn't even provide a rough estimate. RHD provided an estimate and the plumber replaced it within 30 min from arrival, so the price was about $70 less than the quote. Very impressed!
