Lori was excellent in getting me an appointment to have my toilet fixed right away.Lori explained the service fee and the time Josh would show up for the appointment. Lori made sure I received a call from Josh prior to his arrival. The great customer service Lori provided was greatly appreciated.Josh called as promised and arrived right on time. I asked Josh if he needed anything and he was good. Very friendly and attentive, had the toilet fixed in 30 minutes. Acknowledged when done. RHD Plumbing & Remodeling installed our water heater, softener and hot water recirculation system in 2023. We recently called RHD because our recycling system wasn’t functioning properly. Lori answered and made certain she understood the issue before scheduling a plumber for the following day. She was focused, polite and engaged. RHD helped us with a small kitchen remodel project. From the initial space saving design to the final finished remodel, they were enjoyable to work with, skilled, respectful, and very responsive to our schedule and requests. The job required design, plumbing, tiling, custom cabinetry, appliances installation, trim work, and carpentry. Like all remodel projects, there were unforeseen pitfalls that they skillfully worked around and found creative solutions including the installation of a new door. They were up front with expenses and provided budget friendly options when requested. Overall a very positive experience and we are very satisfied with our new kitchen!

A couple of nights ago our water heater broke and started gushing water. Because it was 1:00 am, I got everything turned off and cleaned up most of the water. Around 2:00 am, I emailed RHD about it and Lori got back to me right away in the morning. Like… the moment they opened. She was super helpful. Then Billy came to install the new water heater and he was really great at his job, very professional, and an overall cool guy. I wouldn't use anyone else!**Update** After writing my review I read through some others and Lori and Billy are mentioned all over the place. No wonder we got such great service! You guys are killing it!

RHD is great! I set an appointment for one issue, completely forgetting another we were having, and Lori was able to get them both on the same ticket last minute. Billy did a phenomenal job fixing some weird issues left by the previous homeowner and had everything fixed way faster than I expected.
