Friendly, prompt same-day service for a water heater that needed to be replaced. And then a pressure valve replacement to improve water pressure throughout the house. Lori started out the day with a friendly voice and after viewing pictures I sent, dispatched Billy to replace the water heater. Billy was friendly, promp, and stuck with the repair even when it got more complicated and additional parts were needed to address a water pressure issue. All resolved same day within 3 hours-amazing!

We have worked with RHD multiple times over the years, and they are consistently great! Most recently, Lori was super-responsive getting our service scheduled (same day) and even sent a personal follow-up text to request a few photos of the problem ahead of time. The plumber Billy arrived at the scheduled time and quickly determined the extent of the problem and fixed the issue within an hour. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly explaining everything. Later that evening, we noticed some water apparently leaking from the pipes, and so I texted Lori first thing in the morning – she got right back to me and had Billy back at our house immediately at 8am to double-check everything. Billy determined the water leak was the result of a completely different issue (minor) – pointing out the problem clearly and solving it in the short term with a few quick turns of his wrench. When we're ready to fix this issue long-term, we'll definitely call RHD again! Great service all-around!
