They always responded, even by text (convenient for me) and a reasonable, flat rate fee that included EVERYTHING (service call, taxes, parts and labor) which is appreciated by this senior citizen. I have been using RHD for years. They do exceptional work and are very professional. I had a recent issue and Lori took the initial call and was very knowledgeable and set me up with a tech to promptly address the situation. Billy came to the house and began the repairs. Before he finished, he was careful to explain what was going on and why the issue occurred. I was very pleased with his knowledge and additional thoughts on ways to prevent further problems. A lot of techs come to the home and fix the one issue without addressing additional problems that could prevent the issue going forward. Thank you Lori and Billy!

I needed my garbage disposal replaced and a little bit of education on how to change my drain field over. The tech was amazing. He made a tool to help me switch the drainfield over myself when I needed to and taught me how. It asked a prior plumbing company in the area if they would help me with this, and they said they couldn’t do that. I appreciated their flexibility and their interest in teaching me and the tech going out of his way to make a tool for me out of the items in his truck so that I could do it in the future. A+!
