It starts with a free in-home walkthrough and estimate. If the layout is changing, we also provide an initial design visual. From there, you’ll visit our showroom to finalize selections for fixtures, tile, vanities, and finishes. Kali is your single point of contact for design and project management throughout. Once materials are ordered, we provide a tentative start date and a clear project schedule. When the remodel is done, we do a final walkthrough together and hand over your 1-year warranty.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. RHD takes care of all permits, inspections, and coordination with any required subcontractors. You don’t have to track down paperwork or schedule inspections on your own.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most bathroom remodels take two to four weeks once construction begins, depending on the scope and material availability. A full primary bath with tile work and plumbing changes will take longer than a powder room refresh. We set realistic timelines upfront and keep you updated throughout.
Can I use my bathroom during the remodel?
In most cases, the bathroom being remodeled will be out of service during construction. If it’s your only bathroom, let us know early — we’ll plan the schedule to minimize disruption as much as possible.
Do you charge a design fee?
We do not charge a design fee for the initial visual included with your estimate. A fee only applies if you request additional detailed drawings or renderings beyond the initial scope. Any cost is discussed and approved before moving forward.
What if something unexpected comes up during the remodel?

If we find anything that would affect the budget, we stop, explain what we found, and walk through your options before doing any additional work. Nothing happens without your approval.
